How to Make Your Interview a Job Well Done

5.jpgAn effective interview is really a spontaneous process. However, in a medical job interview you should learn to manage both sides of the process. During the interview you should know how to gather information which will help you decide if the job is really meant for you and at the same time, you should also be smart enough to give information to the interviewer which will help him in the hiring decision. In this regard, there is nothing wrong in being specific with what you want with regards to practice, location and money. By practice, it means the kind of doctoring you are comfortable with among others. The money issues should be talked about to in the latter part of the interview.
