Preparations Prior to the Interview

Posted by editor @ 2:57 pm

7.jpgInterview is critical in the process of a job search. It may be a case to case scenario but the point is you should have a meticulous preparation before the interview. It is actually a sale process and you are the product. First and foremost, make a research or at least be knowledgeable about your prospective employer. You may do so through the Internet or from word-of-mouth. It would be better if you know somebody who works in the company. If it is a hospital, research on its reputation in the community. It would be a great help also if you are aware of the interview process so you will know the interest level of your prospective employer.
