Stress – From the Wrong Side

Posted by Emerald @ 8:49 am

People in the medical business are known to be some of the most successful the world over, they just happen to be the most stressed too. A job in the medical field is one of the hardest to do professionally due to the fact you are having to separate emotions and your professional objectivity. Jumping form job to job as you search for greener pastures is hard enough as you try to get the best position to forward your career.
In interviews mostly experience and opinions are asked so you get to express your insight of how you view the job from your perspective. Most doctors and hospitals conduct either online or phone interviews that helps a lot for it separates you from the person allowing impartial answers. Phone or actual, you are to maintain a sense of professionalism that you expect from them and you expect them to give you. Professionalism is the key to success in the harsh reality that is medicine where people you meet and care for are at the worst days of their lives.
