When the Interviewer is Your Current Employer

Posted by editor @ 2:32 pm

2.jpgAn interview can also happen if you will apply for promotion or a change of job in your current company. Hence, the interviewer will most likely be your existing employer. If this is the case, he already have some needed information about you like time keeping, time management and quite a few personal details. Just like any other interview, the process will proceed following the same structure of other interviews but detailed questions regarding your current position will most likely be tackled and will have a more impact in the interview. The technique is to treat the interview just like you were applying for a new employer.
